I'm not sure where you are getting that the rest will come from SkyWest. As others mentioned 23 of the 66 have been placed at AA, which leaves 43. The "Among Friends" publication said XJT would park 14 by December, but had no projection for 2014. CT told a training class recently that we would be losing 19 by December, starting one month sooner than previously published. Assuming that is true that leaves approximately 24 CRJ200s to be removed. If you believe that SkyWest is going to park more aircraft than ExpressJet in this deal I've got a bridge to sell you.

I'm pretty sure it was required before. I was sent one last summer which clearly stated failure to return it by the deadline would result in that.

Wrong again. A little birdie (well actually not so little) tells me this was waived as part of SKW, Inc's most recent agreement with DAL where we took a bunch of Comair planes off their hands.

Trip 7 is a middle seniority FO with no management or union connections. 100% of his information comes from cross referencing these rumor forums, and reading dated 10-K reports or aviation publications. There's little point debating him. It's kind of like debating Nevets, but without all the drama.

Depends on which forum/username you're debating Trip7 on. Even though at the other place he's toned down his childish style as well.

Anyone know if the union is addressing the fact that with new rest rules we could end up working more "restfull" days and less days off?
I would hate ending up with 12 day off months do to low credit 3-4 days.
I know they are working on min day credit but realistically what would it have to be to not take a hit on time at home.

I'm honestly more fatigued sitting around at hotels "resting" not home then if I were working hard them going home for a good stretch

Sorry if its been covered before I haven't seen it please don't yell at me capt tony

You know about the law of unintended consequences? This is it.

I won't yell at you, but the only ones who can address your question is your reps. Do you need their email/phone numbers? That said, to speak in gereral terms, I'm told they are attempting to address this in negotiations.

Right I've talked to them. Just seeing if anyone knew of any leaks or rumors on what they propose. Like you said all I've heard is they are attempting to address it.
Thanks for being gentle as I'm saving all my lube for this summer.

From what ive heard it will equate to about 1-2 less days off per month. Like was said, law of unintended consequences.
