Just to add a ray of sunshine to your morning, US Airways upgrade on the E-190(18 months) is now shorter(much shorter!) than the upgrade at ExpressJet

Upgrade is 2007 hire on the 190 at Airways.

They just had a new bid. Early 2012 hire was awarded CA E190.

Not to mention the AA pilots will destroy them in the merger on career expectations alone. But at least it's illegal to staple now, lol.

This is the current "New AA" pay rate. Not just Airways.
