What's the Latest at ASA/Expressjet?

You are correct, the MOU in reference to this discussion is actually MOU 25, not 24. Where you are incorrect is your insistence that an agreement was not set up between the two MECs that would have allowed a furloughed L-ASA to join L-XJT if they so chose pending an involuntary furlough from L-ASA. There was in fact such an agreement, and per an "ASA Connection" email dated 11/20/11 the agreement was explained:
In light of the fleet reduction approaching after the first of the year and into the spring, the company’s announcement of possible displacements a few weeks ago, ongoing COMA requests and previous Connections, we have since been receiving many questions about the potential for furloughs -- although no announcement of actual furloughs has occurred. Your MEC intends to execute every available method to mitigate the possibility of furloughs and displacements at ASA.
Management has not confirmed the need to furlough pilots or number of furloughs should it become necessary. To date, we have continued the ability to offer extended and ½ COMAs with MOU 80, and are continuing discussing other options. In addition, the ASA and XJT MECs have taken steps with our management to have any potential involuntary CRJ furloughs transferred to the ERJ through XJT MOU 25 if they so desire - and some former XJT furloughed pilots who came to ASA under MOU 62 will be returning to the ERJ side under XJT MOU 24.
As the situation unfolds, we will update you with additional information as soon as it becomes available.
Again, not to start or inflame a ****ing contest, which everyone here likes to do so it seems, but the agreement went both ways.
Moving on...looks like there were two CRJ classes in July, hiring is suspended indefinitely now for both sides as previously discussed.

You might want to ask to see the actual "signed" document.
I'll save you the time. It was never signed. Let's not mislead the crj pilots.

Nice, so you make accusations and then when we tell you which MOU you say you can't find it and when it's clarified for you where it is, now you say it's not signed. Well it looks like to me that it was signed by the xjt MEC chairman, the NC chairman, and the vp of flight ops on November 16, 2011.
It would be easier to just apologize instead of trying to back track.

I don't have a problem with it. It shows executed on the ERJ contract.
Yes, reorganization. I think it has already been discussed on this thread. It's the same thing that Hanley the unicorn came here to do before being shined up nice and pretty for a potential buyer.

You're right, MEC(s) just put out blast mails to the entire pilot group regarding a potential furlough only to come back and say "ooohhh, just kidding, it was never signed! Sike!!" Yeah, that makes perfect sense.
Just....can't....be.....proven.....wrong....
