That's the most epic reply ever. So blunt. So true. I'm just like you, so OVER IT! I agree 100%!!

Very true, both sides face stormy skies moving forward. I don't know how it is on the ERJ, but I think I can safely speak for all of the CRJ pilots when I say that every four day trip is a colossal nightmare that only gets worse as the trip progresses. Most of the time it feels like you are stranded with only the dispatcher to help negotiate through the disasters that we as flight crews must deal with which are typically caused by the Company's refusal to actually fix the problems that are causing our performance numbers to be as dismal as they are. Scheduling ineptness, maintenance fixing the same issues over and over again etc etc. By the way, we haven't heard from BH since June 10th...that's over month.

That's probably the reason for so little upgrades. Same is happening on the ERJ side.

I agree with everything you said on that. One small note, I guess it was probably his update he published on the 10th, but he sent a MyMessage out on the 20th. Still, it'll probably be August before we hear from him again.

Yes, you are correct, he did send out a MyMessage to pilots only.

I believe these are simply aircraft that were being parked this year regardless. The article also states: "The company said it is grounding the planes because of high fuel prices, larger replacement jets and pilot shortages and could ground its nine remaining Embraer ERJ 135 planes in the fourth quarter."

United can say anything they want to save face but it's no secret INC is under a lot of pressure to cut Expressjet's money loosing cpa's they negotiated. Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe INC has made it known (threatened) that they plan to park 145's early (100 of them)?
