Can anyone confirm that we bent an airplane the other day? A 200. I heard it yesterday in the lounge in ATL. Apparently a stall on the flare. Haven't seen or heard anything else. The guy said the airplane is going to th scrap yard. BS or real?

Check airman doing newhire IOE. Got behind the power curve landing in ATL. Took over too late, stalled, hit hard on the wingtip. Everyone ok, aircraft most likely a total loss. CRJ 200.
