Well, I gotta tell you Cpt. Tony (if that is your real fake name)... I'm at a bit of a loss. You state in one post that I should also not "forget the rest of the DL compensation package" and in another you completely discount the balance of the A/A package... With that, and putting words into my mouth I have to conclude that either
1. You simply like to argue or
2. You honestly believe that CRJ200 pilots are lesser beings
and since I find option 1 to be boring, and option 2 becoming circular.... I'm moving on from this line of thought.... Here's another game
What happens with the Legacy carriers and ALPA national when one of these regional operators starts feeding Emirates? Who's head explodes first?

I personally can't wait until foreign airlines operate through US systems and have bases here. Will be a nice wake up call for our own majors to start offering a better product and will raise the bar overall. I think many people would like to work at Emirates, Qatar, Eithad, etc.. but don't want to move that far. This would give them that opportunity.

I would challenge you on that. Getting whooped low level in turbulence on a 100 degree day while rubbing shoulders with another guy is not fun.

1. Yes, I simply like to argue. Especially with internet know-it-alls who have no inside knowledge, but like to pick up rumors and pretend they do.
2. Yes, I think CRJ 700/900 pilots are superior to 200 pilots in every way, in fact, should have their own line at 5 Guys and Starbucks. All should get the 30% discount at LGA. Free shoe shines in the airport. CRJ 200 pilots should drive us to our planes in a Porsche.
(3.) I look forward to flying Norwegian Air Connection and Emirates Express, as long as it's in a 900 or 1000 for about $150 bucks an hour. ALPA will indeed get a wake up call while we're laughing all the way to the bank.
Any other questions?
