So I was just seeing what is new at Expressjet? Any updates?

Nothing new that you haven't read already on this thread. Company and ALPA will resume negotiations later this month (May meeting postponed due to scheduling conflict on the part of the Company's attorneys). June is supposedly the last month of testing of the EFB...that in itself is an entirely different discussion and topic. iPad or Surface...looking like Surface, but who knows...
Attrition on the CRJ side has averaged about 10 per month since January 2014, I expect that number to rise. ERJ attrition has been approximately 32 per month according to the Company's data.
As highlighted in another thread, CRJ hiring has stopped for the moment, the last class was 5/19/14, I am not sure about ERJ hiring. ERJ fleet will see aircraft get parked as the year moves on as will some CRJ's (4 in Oct). That should complete the CRJ fleet reduction for some time, unfortunately the ERJ will be losing more aircraft as the year progresses unless their contracts are extended. Rumor is that the CRJ IAD base could be closed, but that is just a rumor, we should have an answer on that by late Fall as I believe our CRJ contract with United expires in early 2015.

One thing that could add to discussion is United is tweaking the way they schedule banks in some hubs. According to them, some regional aircraft that were scheduled to leave the fleet, will not be leaving for the time being. So we'll see where that takes us.

Please, my point was I'll never fly with you again! Anyways, if I ever see you in DTW, I'll certainly tell you that you are as delightful to fly with as you are on this forum. Until then, keep being that guy!

At some point, we must all realize that when mud wrestling with a pig, the pig enjoys it.
