The true reason XE is losing money is due to unprofitable CPA's that were driven directly by SkyWest Inc. during their first buyout attempt. This is readily admitted by top SkyWest executives on their Q2 earnings call. Perhaps you should listen to that.

That out of the way, isn't the list above one that any union negotiator would strive for? Especially when the company readily acknowledges that revenue, not costs, are the problem? Who exactly are you negotiating for - labor or management?

Please point to factual information detailing that the SKW BOD has "clearly run out of patience." Don't waste our time with #'s of A/C being parked; that was known info before the failed JCBA came out. Perhaps you should take a look at the static fleet plan while you are listening to the SKW Q2 earnings call you clearly missed. You'll notice CRJ's get parked at the same relative rate as ERJ's.

Just because you want something to happen and spew it all across the internet doesn't make it reality. The fact that you clearly hope a fellow union carrier would be shut down and fellow union brothers and sisters would lose their jobs speaks volumes to your character.

Well I've attended the meetings and talked to people in the know and the stuff on here is....well crap. LXJT is getting PBS and some of the outliers will be gone with the new contract. That's a fact. The hold up is the SmartPref/Flightline battle. I'm not going to point fingers because I think it will get worked out.

As I said earlier, I've only ever encountered one ASA guy I didn't care for. The stuff I see here is a few extremists arguing. The vast majority of us want a deal done and that will happen. I will say though that when ASA was looking at potential furloughs a year or so ago nobody over here seemed happy about it...you guys on here wanting LXJT to fade a away (along with over 1,000 pilots hired post merger) are reflecting poorly on your pilot group.

If I were to guess, the ASA side wants Flightline locked in now because if it isn't then it could eventually come down to a pilot group vote...which would probably swing in LXJTs favor. Since we are losing airplanes, there is perceived leverage.

We should all remember that we will eventually be flying together and act accordingly.

Who called anyone a scab? I was referring to his wish for someone else to lost their job. The unionists I know fight to protect jobs. And union or not, you have to be in a pretty bad spot in life to wish harm on others.
