I think most hope that being bought would mean an actual flow, like Envoy has with AA. The CPP or “guaranteed interviews” are pathetic carrots dangling in front of people.
Last I heard, 250ish were in the CPP “pool”. What does ERJ side have, 1200-1500 guys? So, basically 15-20% of the pilot group has been “successful”.

United would clear out the current CPP pool and then start a "flow" AFTER the CPP pool is cleared out. The CPP would be abolished once the last successful pool guy is in class at UAL. Those 250ish are just in the pool. They still have to pass a "final review".. United CPP is a worthless POS...
