Downgrades on the CRJ side are pay protected, and furloughs don’t make any sense if “too many FOs leaving” is the reason. Kilroy has been singing the same tune for YEARS now. Just look at his post history.

The sky isn't falling, however looking at your airline profile it says 2,500
pilots. The last time I looked which was 6+ months ago it said 4,000.

Seniority list shows a combined pilot list of 1800 plus with only 1600 plus active.
