now, dorks like NoBrains and Tuck and the other one who talks about grass will say that it’s all on the union website, go hunt for it! No! get ur shat together, dear leaders, and disseminate the structural procedures as they pertain to the RLA.
There is a diagram. And the Union has shared it numerous times. There’s one small difference in that the cooling off period I believe was recently changed to 60 days.

You’re the thinking of the Presidential Emergency Board phase of the RLA process. There’s a total of 60 days known as a cooling off period in that part of the process. Currently, if the Mediator declares an impasse and either party rejects Arbitration (which the union would) then the next step is a 30-day cooling off period.

Like I said earlier, the cooling off period has not changed. It’s not 60 days. It’s 30 days. What makes you believe it has changed?

Because it took zero effort for you. Someone had to post it here(your only source of information). Idiot.

Do you have any idea how many times the Union has published a flow chart of the RLA process? You don't even understand the essential truth of one team vs the opponent and espouse the so-called greatness of the opponent continuously. Do you even consider how backwards your logic is bashing the team working for you while publicly praising the other team who is trying to limit your contractual improvements? You defy any common sense or fundamental logic.

Dont tell his small brain to read something other than a crybaby board. That is unprofessional to ask him to actually read something from the very source he is whining about. Sad thing is we have a few of these baboons.
