i am a non company man who wants a great contract but realizes our biggest hold back is the division in the crew force. Until JN undies us we are screwed. He needs to put an end to the JF, SM and telegram groups and make them one strong group that actually supports the union. No just arguing for their wants in the contract,
We either all row the boat together and move forward or we go in circles together .

Id actually prefer that no one “undies” me at this company. I’d assert 95% of the crew force is united, but there will be always be the minority that thinks they know more than anyone else and those that choose to fly draft trips because they’re so much more important than all their other pilot brothers and sisters. Putting the onus to unite the pilot group on one individual is unrealistic.

JN is just one person, we as a crew force need to put our differences aside and unite around the MEC/NC. What the company offered is more than enough to get us fired up and united as one. If it doesn’t then I don’t know what will.

The company said IF there was 757 flying out of CDG it would be done out of Memphis. Not that CDG flying would be out of MEM.
I will be long gone while you watch all the flying going to wet lease and belly freight! Enjoy your crappy ride here, you deserve it.
Your scope cries are not founded

Totally. Big difference between weak PM/MEC and the new NC, especially this lasted NC Update. PM would have rolled over AGAIN, “this is the best we’re going to get, and we have to make the retiring pilots whole… blah blah blah.”
His legacy is embarrassing. His oversight and arrogance got us to this point.

The videos are overall a hit...love or hate whatever is been spoken about.
What kind of quips do you have to say about the previous negotiators videos? Oh that's right - not a damn thing. We were all kept in dark basements like mushrooms. We'd just get bloviating negotiation update emails trumpeting pay rates and work rules that turned out to be incredibly industry-lagging. But the pancake batter was industry leading! Top notch.

what do lanyards have to do with anything? I don’t wear one because I don’t feel the need to keep changing my lanyard every year to keep up with the slogan du jour. doesn’t mean I’m not fed up like the majority of other line pilots
