I will be spending 2 to 3 years in training.
What might the hiring scenario look like when I emerge from training.
Bcz of economic conditions leisure travel will slow.
But necessary travel will still be there albeit might try to find cheaper means in the form of buses and trains maybe.
It'll be interesting to see how Fractionals/Corporate industry is effected.

If it really will take 5 to 6 years then it may not be such a bad deal for me. 2-2.5 years I'll spend in training. Rest I'll be able to build some time and experience in the regionals.

In the past when the Majors were stagnant, hiring mins for the Regionals went up also and pay across the board went down/stagnated. Part 135/91 jobs will be there, but at poverty wages.

JetBlue Gateway Select and Southwest 225 both use CAE in Mesa, Arizona for training. It is about a year and a half long 141 ab initio program.
ATP is starting a new program with Frontier. Currently only select CFI's are eligible but will be expanding on it soon.
Westwind Flight School, also in Arizona was just purchased recently by United and they will be having a new program with them soon(or not if we enter into a zombie apocalypse).
LIFT, but I'm sure you have all the details you need. If taking out loans is the only way. This one is your best bet in my opinion. It is also the only one on the list that does not have an Arizona location.
Lufthansa just had an accident with one of their planes two weeks ago. I believe it was a mechanical error instead of pilot error, but just something to keep in mind.
Hope that helps.

wasn’t really an “accident” though.
