Can someone comment regarding release of duty to travel home and for that matter coming on duty. I work for a medical transport company and was recently not released to fly home because of a "possible" trip. 
What is XOJet policy regarding travel days for your scheduled time off?

Xojet's Crew Resources Department does its best to ensure that pilots are able to rotate home on their respective ending days. Overlapping schedules allow for this to occur the majority of the time. On occassion, pilots may be asked to extend, but, it is their choice unles airline service is not available. It is rare when it occurs. However, when it does, regular OT policy applies.
