Close to home. Type of flying. Crew. Management. Pay. Vacation. Benefits. Culture. Great corporate philosophy. Longevity. Aircraft. Environment. Client relationships. And many more. Its not for everyone. But I know what I am looking for and EAS has it to offer.

How do SICs not get a full type? Also, what is their training contract?

The SIC's receive an SIC type. Basically same ride without a few maneuvers, circle and 600RVR takeoff

The training contract is the amount of the initial training , pro-rated daily and is only enforced if you voluntarily leave within the year following that training event.
New hires and current pilots will have the seat lock if they go through an initial event.

Well, they pay a PIC $450 for anything over 20 days, so you need to factor that in, as well. That adds another 21,600 for a PIC, assuming you are working all 12 of the days on.

By my calculations, assuming you are working all 24 days in a month, the annual salary for a Phenom 100 driver is $85,600, or a daily rate of $297 a day (288 days per year).

Schedules leave a lot to be desired. Those that are itching to come here can accept that your fate of waiting for a call back for an interview or job offer is just a blessing. ie Gvinflt. Go with the phrase, "Everything happens for a reason" and you'll accept it. I'm now looking for new employment. I don't think managements comments to my face of "working on it" and "fixing the staffing and schedule flaws" were sincere a month ago or two months ago.

Pay doesn't bring me happiness. Being realistic with schedule and duty expectations does though. A computer is running this company and is ruining a lot of good things it used to have. Company likes the computer cus it's easier and might save money. But no care has been given to the lifestyle affects of it's people. Time off with family and little ones does make me happy and having a schedule like I was promised on the phone interview and formal interview.

Could you provide an example of typical trips and duty days?
