I'm sure those types in two of their aircraft types were helpful.

If you have those two types, you're pretty much a sure bet. As other have said, the place has a great group of guys to fly with and things are improving. A lot of your experience will boil down to what equipment you are on. The Phenom guys have traditionally been the hardest worked, but they are correcting that with hiring. If you read post about guys working, 7-9 out of a 12, then you are talking to a kingair or beechjet driver. Phenom drivers work 10-11 out of every 12.

If you are at home with your phone on that is a work day. You can't leave town or plan any activity, because you may have to fly.

Executive Airshare over a four year period has lost 6.25 pilots per year. Maybe they need to do something about there schedule and qol for the pilots?

Do you know why these 6.25 pilots are leaving? Maybe they built their TPIC time and went onto greener pastures.
I feel for the poor guy who had 25% of himself resign and the other 75% stayed.

Their,they're,there.

I was wondering what their pilot staffing levels have been at the past four years. Maybe they're at a point where losing 6.25 pilots is not signifigant, or maybe it is. Hopefully, somebody who works there can let us know. Otherwise it sounds like normal turnover.

approx 60-70 pilots currently I think. I don't know specifically about 4 years ago but I would think it was substantially less as the company has grown and added aircraft since then.

You'll pretty much end up being cross-trained in everything, or most equipment anyway. You can only be PIC on two aircraft requiring a type rating so, for me, it was PIC Phenom 100, 350 and the C90 since it doesn't require a type, and I was SIC on the Beechjet.

Wow. Only speaking for myself, but I wouldn't be able to keep a high, professional level of competency in that many aircraft.
