Not saying your wrong I’m saying I think they’ll be more decent opentime than you think. We’ll see when the Loa is done.
We’ve all yet to see an LOA but someone on the scheduling committee told me (a while ago) the agreement was “UP TO” 4% hold back. That means the union can opt to hold back 4% OR award some extra lines and reduce the holdback to prevent unstacking and increase the number of quality lines.

Good to know. That’s why I said assuming 4%. Makes sense of Mr Hyde’s last statement. The unstacking % is going to determine a lot. That’s thier leverage. The 4% is ours. Either way I don’t see daily opentime being much different than today. It’s driven by sick,117, pjp, cancellations, and non split drops after a few days being live. All of which maintain rig. The split folder is the killer.

FWIW, industry standard unstacking language is max 30% of lineholders in a “regular” month and 50% in holiday months. I’m sure Frontier would prefer to designate every month as a holiday month but my hope is that there are only 4 (Christmas, New Year’s Day, 4th of July, and Thanksgiving).

there’s unstacking limit protection language in the pbs Loa. Calls for expedited arbitration and the arbitrator (who we picked) has to use mainline us carriers that use navblue as a baseline. That being the case I’m expecting them to be able to come to an industry standard agreement. If they can’t we’ll end up there months later anyhow.

Exclamation Driving History:

Does anyone on here know how far back F9 reviews driving history. Have only had one ticket in the past 10years (2012) but prior from 93-07 I had 12 speeding 3 stopsigns and 4 seatbelts. No drugs no alcohol no suspensions. Its all out there on airline apps. Just curious if I’ll even be considered....

My driving record back in that same time was pretty bad. I had multiple speeding tickets, a couple stop sign tickets, and a careless driving (fell asleep behind the wheel). I was hired in 2016. I don’t think that old stuff would be a big deal.

I think it's just a 10 year history, but I'm not positive.

Did you seriously get ticketed 19 times? That's got to be a record. Or was that a typo?

I used to think I was filming The Fast and the Furious movies every time i got behind the wheel when I was young, and I only got pulled over twice.
