My only question is, how serious is the Fatwa on you? Is it Salman Rushdie serious, or Larry David serious? If I were you, I'd enter the witness protection program, and quit running my mouth on public forums. Judging by what I just got done reading online, you're not a very popular person anywhere.

I felt that it was rushed into, but was cautiously optimistic during the dry runs and the two days of preliminary “peeks” at the dec bidding. I had watched the videos and attended two online seminars. I felt like I did my due diligence and was prepared and excelling at my bids. I was ultimately unimpressed and feel duped not being able to predict the unstacking and how it would work because my final award looks “nothing” like the results on the 2nd and 4th. So suffice it to say, I’m altogether not happy but life goes on, and I guess I’ll get better as we trudge along. As of now though I would like to vote line bidding back in.
plan on being unstacked if your not in the top 30%(holiday) or 50% non holiday of line holders in domicile. The closer you are to that % the less likely it becomes.

- (i) Within the most senior fifty percent (50%) of Regular Lineholders is not Unstacked in the January, July, November, or December Monthly Bid Periods.
- (ii) Within the most senior seventy percent (70%) of Regular Lineholders is not Unstacked in the February, March, April, May, June, August, September, or October Monthly Bid Periods.

Yup. Sorry about that. Nice catch. The last sentence I wrote is still correct. The closer your are to those not being able to be unstacked percentages the less likely you are to be unstacked. Also, seniority is still honored while unstacking. It doesn’t just start awarding sequences from the bottom up.

Is that a joke? When do you think the next opportunity for contract gains will be? Had we went your route were either still be in negotiations or be down well over 100k for top captains. Thank god we didn’t.

As one of the few that are part of the April new hire class that was canceled, what is the current 3-6 month outlook for furloughs, etc? I know so much depends on public perception, along with many other factors. I'm just trying to see what is currently fact, and what is opinion. We don't get to see what any of the official info is that comes out, so we are left trying to parse the info that appears on here. Unfortunately, good info can get lost in pages of bickering.
If anyone was willing to give a synopsis of the current situation and short term outlook (as long as it's acceptable for public consumption), myself and the others in my same situation would be thankful. If you would prefer to send it as a DM, that would also be appreciated.
