Looking towards Frontier as a strong favorite for my next step, currently at a regional building time. I have the “required minimum hours” any insight as to what competitive hours are?

The December class is going to dry the pool with 40-45 in the class. They’re going to start interviewing more and give offers/class dates within a month. They want to do away with waiting in the pool. They also upped the new hire projections to 360 for 2022.
