Some rough numbers.

2021 forced retirements = 6
Previous 6 months I have moved up 25 spots (431 employee number).
We have added 116 Net Pilots in this same time frame.

We do have a bit of attrition.

Last RGS said 6-7% attrition, so they will be hiring for that. Pool is dry and class dates are fast again.

Looking towards Frontier as a strong favorite for my next step, currently at a regional building time. I have the “required minimum hours” any insight as to what competitive hours are?

Any information would be great as always. Thanks in advance.

I’d say 3000 hours is the golden number to be competitive but internal recs are weighed heavily so that number is flexible.

The December class is going to dry the pool with 40-45 in the class. They’re going to start interviewing more and give offers/class dates within a month. They want to do away with waiting in the pool. They also upped the new hire projections to 360 for 2022.

That is a rapidly falling target at every major. Apply where you want to go and update often

30 a month is behind the curve IMO for 2022.
