Hey all. I'll be attending a MTC event in Vegas this week. Is there anything I should know about these events or what it consists of? Any advise? Anything to study for?
From my knowledge it is a presentation about the company followed by a one on one talk with a recruiter/chief pilot. I am thinking this should be treated as an interview and to over prepare for it.
I've received an outmatch assessment invite and completed it online, but have yet to receive an in person interview invite. No golden eagle recs for me.

I have no game in this but when you say "more flights", is that total flights data by percentage of all flights each or just the raw number. That can make the statement mean completely different things.

They are cancelling a higher percentage of their total flights on average than F9.

Yes, those airlines are having near continuous, rolling meltdowns. Cancelled much higher percentage of flights. SouthWest has been struggling since last summer. But we are the dumpster fire

do pilots / FAs QOL mean anything to management….NO
UNDERSTAFFED in all departments….sure
however…….
great pilot / cabin crews to work with…. absolutely
