Has anyone been at any of the meet the chiefs recently? I have read it is supposed to be a quick talk, 15min more or less.. what is the best way to prepare for this? Is it good to bring your logbooks and LORs or they are not needed? One last thing, is it good to het a gauge and start studying ir just save that if you actually get called for an interview.. thanks in advance !!

75 guarantee is only if you’re on reserve or a new hire in training. Once you have a line, you get paid what you credit. The first 6 months of the year you have to credit a minimum of 60 and the last 6 months it’s a minimum of 70. If that’s all you credit, that’s all you’ll get paid. Now that being said, crediting 60 hours is probably only working 12 days with 18 off. Crediting 70 is working about 14 days with 16 off. If you want to fly more and make more money, you can. If you want to stay home and make less, you can do that too.
Uhhh what? No, this is not correct. Line guarantee is 75 hours and if you are awarded a line below 75 you get paid 75. If you pick up a trip, it's paid on top of the 75 so you're not working for free.

Expect to be in Denver for about three weeks for indoc/systems. After that I had 5 days off. Then started FTDs. FTDs were 3 days on, 6 off, 3 on; totaling 6 FTD sessions. 5 days off after FTD and then started sim. 5 sim sessions, 5 days off, followed by 5 more sim sessions.
Plenty of time to get home after the initial 3 weeks.
