I have submitted an application on AirlineApps and curious how long it’s taking to hear back? Thanks!

Anywhere from next day to never...

Seriously, I don't think an "average" time has been posted anywhere. I would be surprised if our HR even knew....

Go to any hiring event with F9 pilots or recruiters present.

I do not think that is a question that can be or have an "average" answer. The question of "I submitted my app, how long until I hear back" does not have near enough detail. Does this person meet ATP mins, is the person just over ATP mins, is the person applying under the cadet program, RTP, traditional or collegiate? How many hiring events/meet the chiefs have been happening in the period this person applied. Has the person attended a MTC or expo? That matters, as F9 values in person meets. How many check ride failures are in the app, has the application been looked over by someone other than the applicant? Ect, and on. I don't know the answer of the averages either, but I do know there are to many unanswered variables, that this person more than likely cannot receive an answer from here, unless its a feel good fluff one. Question Real time

Is the FFTPilots page correct that minimums to apply are 1500TT, 750 multi and 500 turbine? I have heard some anecdotal information of guys getting hired with just an ATP-CTP and 1500TT with 50 ME. What's reality and what"s competitive ?
Thanks

If you don't have an ATP or RATP in hand when you're filling out the application then you have to apply as a cadet in order to be considered.

I heard back the next day. Try again in 4 months due to lack of instrument currency. Typed with time in the Bus. Haha go figure.

How do you mean? I know at least one high ranking check airman uses LAS sims for things although I don’t know what for.
