You take that knowledge and do what you want with it.
"The union doesn’t need a smear campaign against safety. Just do what all the HR departments do. Showcase DEI hiring. That’ll scare half the pax away."
That is what you wrote. It did not sound like you disagreed with what is going on in the world you live in, especially since you included that pic. If you do, you should have made that more clear.

yeah. Idk if you know this. But I’m not in charge of anything but my little airplane. I’m not even in charge of my FOs and FAs half the time.

I’m def not in charge of who gets hired and who gets fired. There’s whole nameless faceless HR departments who figure that out. I’m just trying to tell you, if you open your eyes for a second, what a large % of people see and talk about. And they’ve been taking about this topic specifically.

You do what you want with that knowledge.

I know, as I just told you, personally. And one of the things I do with that knowledge is calling out people that should do better. You might not think you can change things, as you think you are not in charge..... (are you a captain??). But with that attitude, you are not helping.

I never once said I’m interested in helping. It’s their goat f#ck. I’m just here to watch.

If you're the CA, it's your goat F#ck too (just ask the FAA if something goes wrong)...

How many times has Indigo come to the table and agreed on a union CBA outside of a strike? Once?
