How long for a contract?

indigo and Will Franke are both filed as Passive investors within the last 12 months.
will Franke is getting on in age too. He’s not likely to be a factor for very long. But we do need to vote better and be willing to vote no to a TA from BB.

Looking forward to my 70k retro check and a new contract with QOL improvements and a snap up clause.
It takes time. But it will happen. Getting upset over it will only **** off you and your family since they have to deal with you every day.
Leave work at work and let stuff happen.

I personally think you will never see another pilot airline strike going forward.

But it is the union's job to ensure the contract is enforced (and that the company is enforcing it).
To me, the whole bot issue is # 236 out of about 250 issues we have going on. I have no idea what the scheduling rep for the union does or has the ability to do, but there are MANY other scheduling issues I would prioritize higher than bot tracking.

This is a problem with cascading effects. it reduces the cost of filling trips by allowing a select few to pillage premium adds while the rest of are forced to work straght time for extra cash. It warps schedules, reserves, open time, possably even trip construction. It's also a very bad look for the Union (who gave this away in the last negotiation)who Is just to dam busy to have any kind of real solution. which is another reason the Pilot group is down on our Union. They can't fix the problems they created, and I don't even have the luxery of whineing about it to a person in real life. Yes we are all the Union thats why we all get to vote for the MEC...right (we don't)

One thing seems certain - we are one of the smallest airlines that sells it's own tickets. If we aren't allowed to strike, then the RLA is useless (and perhaps will be the impetus for change).

Granted, the RLA takes time to go through all of the motions, but do you honestly think that Frontier is a big enough fish in the pond to get a PEB (not meant as an insult, just as a percentage of the market)? I'd agree that the big three would get one minutes after being released into self help due to their size, but you guys are in a spot where if released, you stand really good a chance of no political interference. Use that to your advantage if the time comes. I hope you guys get a good contract without going that far, but it sounds unlikely at this point based on what I read on the interwebs.

Trying to guess if the White House would intervene in a Frontier strike is impossible. My hunch is that they would and obviously side with management and not labor but who knows? Or perhaps they simply couldn't be bothered.
