You are your unions.

There is no way these companies negotiated contracts in good faith... any of them.
Its the responsibility of any company's management to control costs as tightly as possible, to increase profits. That's their job; the term is fiduciary responsibility. In the airline world, that means keeping labor costs as low as possible by negotiating hard as possible.

On the other hand, its the job of the pilots who make up the membership of their union to negotiate as hard as possible to put as much money in their pockets as they can.

You're worth what you negotiate, and not a penny more. Good luck...

Lynx remains the same as long as it is more profitable than replacing the T-props with Chautauqua ( as was done with YX and Skywest ) so there is a 50/50 there... scary stuff...

But you can count on 190's for F9 and Mokulele... and flown by RAH pilots on that subpar contract, until a new one is negotiated.
They would fly the 190's between islands? Or, are you talking about flying the 190's to Hawaii? Do they even have the range for that?

Looks like a great scope section to me. Nice job.

And your current contract is in negotiations as we speak, correct? Do you really think that section will survive this negotiating round? RAH pilots, do you want to fly bigger airplanes for less money? F9 pilots, do you want to keep your job with a smaller paycheck? Ohh the genius of Rev. Bedford... now he can whipsaw his own companies against each other.

Heres a good start, we should all be at the very least striving for these rates
