Good luck at the career fair, just be yourself. Frontier is far better than being at any regiona IMHO. You will enjoy it here and if the growth happens as being told by Indigo, it will be a great place to be and the right time to be coming on board.

I'm sure Indigio will right the problems. They want to make money not lose on their investment.
Well balanced point of view. Thanks!

The more I talk with some crews and new hires it seems that frontier is feeling the same pains as XJT has been for the past 5 years. I have a feeling those will go away and the plan Indigo has comes to fruition. Growth is a good thing... shrinkage at XJT is not so good. I would love to come work with you all for awhile.. and maybe even call Frontier home if given the opportunity.
I will be there. I'm excited for the opportunity to talk with them. I think Frontier has a lot of room to run, that's what I'm hoping anyways. I'm in a similar situation as you at Envoy. Growth and positive crews would be a refreshing change. Either way Frontier is a lot better than any starting over at any regional, even if that regional has a quick upgrade. Good luck to you!

I'm not going, but something to be said when the paycheck matches the paint.

It's ridiculous, but you're essentially throwing the dice that their grand growth plan not only happens, but is successful AND the pay tables/retirement benefits greatly improve. Welcome to the Frontier career roulette table! Pull up a chair and double down! Actually that would be a pretty great idea for the job fairs.
Is it true they start paying you on day one? It's been a while and I can't remember where I got my info, but I had heard that they did not pay you during training.

Frontier pays during training. 75 hours of credit starting day one.

Awesome, thanks for the quick answers. Not sure where I heard they didn't pay during training but I'm very happy to find out I was wrong!
