If your before tax take home first year at min guarantee is less than $2800, I can see where a bit of comparison between F9 and a regional can be made. Guys making over 6 figures as long term regional captains with good schedules would be taking a huge financial and QOL penalty for a good couple of years.
However for an RJ FO there really should not be any comparison's made.

UPS might be the only one it could currently apply to.
You could lump CAL, UAL, and NWA in the 2007-2008 hiring era of statement that would apply in a past tense also.

Unless there's some "trigger date" for the new AAG rates, I'm pretty sure your statement could only be valid in the past tense.
UPS might be the only one it could currently apply to.
You could lump CAL, UAL, and NWA in the 2007-2008 hiring era of statement that would apply in a past tense also.

Make sure if you get fired on the spot by chief pilot, to thank him for unemployment benefits and actually apply for them. Even if it's just for a couple of days. That will teach him, since it cost the company money to pay for unemployment benefits and the premiums go up the more people file for them.

Unemployment benefits are only paid when your employment ended by no fault of your own. If your fired... nothing. I believe it starts after your vacation time is paid out and the week or two waiting period passes anyway. Save your breath and get ready for ground school.
