I went to the AeroCrew May 8th in ORD and got an interview that day set for the middle of July.

No mention of a contract. Yesterday, 6/18, 20 interviewed, and 10 got it (as far as I could tell). The candidates were all very sharp and sociable. I'm surprised that more didn't get the nod.
They had classes for 2 weeks out, 1.5 months out, and 2.5 months out. I took July 6th, in two weeks.

Congrats and welcome to F9!

That's great for you guys and gals who have made it to greener pastures. I am a co native and my end goal is to get on with frontier. I was wondering if you wouldn't mind posting your qualifications so I can see how I stack up.
Thanks in advance.

Frontier is slowly but surely intentionally downsizing Denver. I'm not sure what the long term plan is for that crew base.

I don't believe they are backfilling any positions vacated in Denver.
The Voluntary Staffing Adjustments (VSAs) for ORD and MCO Captains will come mostly from DEN FOs (some MCO Capts will come from ORD Capts and FOs, and vice versa, but no more will be coming from ORD back to DEN).
We had two DEN FOs be awarded Capt upgrade in DEN only to turn down the awarded bid before training started (in order to stay in DEN), and their vacated DEN Captain slots weren't rebid. This will simply result in two fewer DEN Capts.
DEN is shrinking. I don't think any new hire FOs will be DEN based. I've been wrong before. I don't think I am this time.
