I very recently went through the interview process. After you get the nod, everyone was taken into a room to finalize paperwork. We were given a very small amount of time to decide between August and September class.... Basically when HR gets to your paperwork, she asks and you answer. 8/12 got the yes in ours, about half chose August and half chose September. We were told to be certain about our answer as it will be very difficult to change dates. Go into it with a game plan for different class date options.

I second all that. I would add that the class date options seem to be the first week of the next month or month after. Most people there were current 121/regional pilots. We did have 1 or 2 that did the regional thing before and had a corporate gig.

I have no clue... Ours was 8/12 which is a pretty good number. Our group had a lot of good people though. I'm guessing part of it was a few of them not being very social... Not sure on the 5/17 though

I was there today, and I can tell you that we were all very social and qualified. I personally had 10 people decide my fate, and I guess 8 said yes, but it has to be a consensus to be given the thumbs up. What a shame! They were friendly though.

In my opinion, and I believe a lot of people share my opinion, frontier is too picky in interviews. I know a good number of people that I think should have been hired but were turned down.
The day I interviewed, they hired 4 of 12. I thought after talking to them all, they should have hired 10/12. Very picky indeed
