The past few vacancies have grown the base as well as several additional routes have been added. If anything I think Frontier would like to do more in CHI if they could get more gates.

Well, I applied to Frontier and pretty much immediately got the TBNT email. Checked "no" for the 1500 ME box so I am guessing that is it. How is it then that people are getting on with less than this number if the application auto-rejects for not having this? Is it possible to get this bypassed by making a good impression at a job fair?

The Q400 has two engines. You will meet the requirements in no time!! (well, some time, not sure how much you are short).

I got 2 TBNT emails and an interview offer in 24 hours via email. So, maybe shoot them an email back. Someone called me after that.
Good luck, it's a cool place to work.

Indeed it does, though a little over 100 hours of flying in the past 6 months isn't helping! I would have never thought regional reserve could be so quiet.

I think frontier will have a future in Chicago. However, we are very limited in gates. Our president says he would love to grow Chicago and is constantly working with the airport to get additional gates, but they haven't been able to get any yet. As a new hire, you could definitely get a Chicago base.

Or, maybe the link you intended was this?

It's a different Frontier that's coming back to Colorado Springs

Is the 401K info on Frontiers APC page accurate? If so I understand it to say a 5% match and then something about .50 on the $1.00 up to 10% of pilots contribution? Someone smarter than me mind dumbing that second part down to laymens terms for me?

So you put in 5% let's say you make 100,000 for easy numbers.

You put in 5% or 5000 dollars. They match the 5000.

After the 5%, it's a half match so if you put in total, 10% or 10,000, they will match 7500 dollars.

Make sense?
