You're right, I found it. According to June 23 FAPA email, this IS the last for the year. VSA's to staff for 2016 will be posted in the first quarter of next year.
Thanks Mtn Peak for refusing to placate my laziness.

Hi there fellow pilots, I would like to get a honest feedback from some of you who are at frontier . I'm at my 2nd regional as a First Officer with about 2500tt/1800 Mel. I really am keen to have a permanent career with Frontier and have been hearing that one must attend the job fair to have a shot at an interview . However , before I pay to go to a fair id like to know how does frontier view check ride failures and what is there max number of training failures for someone they hire. I know this may vary case by case but in my case I have 2 failed orals and 2 failed pc checks and of course I had my reasons behind this due to my personal life changing over the past few years from death in the immediate household and going through divorce during these training events . Appreciate any feedback. Thank you .

You mention life issues, this airline is great for those. I have never worked for a more caring airline. I had a serious family issue during my oral and check ride. They could not have been more understanding. I even had a serious event happen to me the morning of recurrent and the CP called me to just make sure everything was ok and see if I would like some time off.
This place is great. These are all my opinion though. I am sure there are some people here in the know about checkered past issues.

If you explain yourself, own the mistakes and show humility it won't be a big deal... The job fairs are big now and they WILL ask you about that when you meet with someone so don't wait until the interview to explain yourself... The biggest issue with failures is if they think you'll be a training problem... If you show them you won't be, it'll be a non-event

We've worked with plenty of successful F9 candidates with multiple checkride failures and everything in between. As stated by the above poster, it doesn't matter. Once invited to the interview, it's your job to lose. It's all about how you present yourself, talk about your past failures and bring positive light to any negative situation moving forward in your career.
