I think it has to do with people on LOA's and Retired pilots with Seniority rights. They are included on the published list each month but not included in Flica as bidding is not available.

Nope. Those numbers don't add up to the discrepancy. Like I said my seniority number in Flica which is the same that comes out on the awards hasn't changed in a year. More than a few people senior to me have left in a year. I think it just doesn't update. But I'm still not sure why the difference exists.

Default Phone interview

Hi everyone! I just got scheduled for a phone interview tomorrow. It sounds like phone interviews are a relatively new thing for Frontier, but if anyone has any information, would you mind sending me a PM? Thanks!

Anyone ever get a "fix it" email from Frontier? I got an email the other day asking me to check my application for correctness and re-apply.

Yeah, I was contacted for a phone interview as well. I'm interested for sure.

It is the replacement for going to a job fair. If they like you they will offer you an interview date at the end. One of my buddies had it and was offered an interview date over the phone. Ultimately he didn't get hired.

I was stood up for my phone interview. Granted, the email I received from Frontier was returned in the affirmative in that I would happily go over my resume at the allotted time and date. That email was never responded to and I did stay up quite late (I'm in Afghanistan) so that I could speak with whomever. Nobody answered, I left a message, called again, no answer. I also had the wife's number listed on my resume, if she got a call, she could contact me. She received no call either on the date and time agreed to.

It's tough when overseas, 180 degree out and trying to get a hold of someone at a specific time. I still haven't received a single response from my two emails sent. Is what it is I suppose.

Same happened to me but I emailed her 30 min after our scheduled time and she responded pretty quickly. Said that she never saw my initial response and rescheduled for next week. Try emailing your recruiter again.

Maybe this is Frontier's latest situation-based interview technique. They're testing you to see how you'll react to being treated with no respect and how you'll react when another member of "the team" doesn't do her job.

"Thank you sir. May I please have another... appointment so that you may or may not call me again?"

The perfect candidate.
