If you all hate your lives so much why not quit and go work somewhere else? If it’s so bad why not go work at a regional? After all your telling regional pilots to stay at their regional. You could even go be a DEC at most regionals.

You don’t leave seniority at frontier to have zero at at regional. And you don’t leave seniority at a regional to have zero at frontier currently. That should be blatantly obvious. Leaving a seniority number somewhere should have an a trade in value through compensation. The more seniority the more compensation required to cash in that value by going elsewhere.

"Frontier is not a good place to work right now. The recent new contracts at Spirit and JetBlue have further solidified our position as an outlier, with the lowest rates in the industry. Our pilots make at least 50% less than other narrow body pilots. In addition, the company has become much more vindictive towards our group since our last report to this Board. Management has cancelled vacations for three months in a row. Probationary pilots are getting fired for violating attendance standards they didn’t know existed. Pilots have been threatened with discipline for calling in sick, even if that sick leave had been previously approved. Here’s how bad it is: we’ve had more than 1,700 dispute forms filed – more complaints than we have pilots on the property." -ALPA
We're deeply appreciative from the support we have received from #WeAreALPA. It's good to know 64,000 members have our back.

You, the applicant, might say, “So what? I’m just going to get an Airbus type. I’m headed to Delta or United anyway.” Make sure that’s your answer when the pilots in the Delta/United interview ask you, “Why did you go to Frontier when our union told you not to?” Or they might ask, “How long do you think your selfishness delayed a fair contract for our ALPA brothers at Frontier?”
