You do realize, every single one of the 19 people, and all of the people that show up from now until we get a contract are telling the company they don’t care what the company does to us, it’s just fine, and the current contract is fine too.

Just a note to new hires October bid came out just over 1.5 years to hold a relief line, slightly longer in MCO but shorter in LAS. Most senior to least senior FO based on relief lines (MCO, ORD, DEN, LAS). You can either get paid crap a long time to sit reserve until we have a contract or come once we get a contract and get a line quick bc the “growth” is finally here.
We will not see a contract until the real hiring for growth occurs. Until then we’re just hiring guys to sit reserve in the meantime. Do yourself a favor and get as much pic time as you can wherever you are and apply to everywhere in the meantime. Frontier is not going anywhere they will hire you just as fast in 12 months as they will today because even with a contract they won’t be able to staff for the growth they want. Good luck.

Now, if some stranger decides to come here I’m not going to be an a hole towards him. He’s not a scab, he hasn’t crossed any picket line. I’m going to treat him or her with respect just like I would everybody else I fly with. I’m not going to blame him or direct my frustration towards him. Management wants us to be divided if we treat new hires like dirt they are achieving their goal.
