Eithad is now hiring captains and first officers. I’ve been dating an Emirates FA and trust me it’s amazing for someone under 30. You will have a tough time coming home until you’ve met your hot wife and your kids have a great education.

For those guys looking at F9 for the MCO base, our most junior lineholder was hired 18 months ago. You can only imagine the garbage flying that's associated with the really junior lines. Redeyes in the middle of a 4 day, non-commutable, inefficient, 12 days off, working every weekend.
So if you are lucky, after about 2-2.5 years you 'might' be able to hold a weekend off here and there. Then the countdown to your "quick" upgrade begins with 600+ FOs in front of you, while you watch sporadic vacancies come out that list a measly 6 upgrades for a different base, on top of our monthly involuntary vacation cancellation love letter.

The last several vacancies have had 14+ upgrades, and it's not projected to ever be lower than that. Once the 3rd sim is installed, it'll be 16+ a month. Yes it'll be hard to upgrade into MCO first opportunity...
This is based on getting new hires here. The last interview group didn't have anyone hired, so there's that.
The aircraft are coming. They DO want to grow the airline... I have no doubt the plan is 200+ airframes, but the key is staffing them. The opportunity here is exponential, but the culture sucks dirty, unwiped, swamp ass.
IF we get a contract worthy of our services, this will be an ok place to work.

What part? Ok, I'll give you that we had 14 upgrades this month, but I think we only had 3 in MCO. The junior lineholder in MCO was a 2/17 hire. If they open AUS, then yes MCO will stagnate. I'm not making anything up.
