The economy, the profitability of the company, our extremely lucky Mediator and the fact that the NMB knows Franke now. We are in a stronger position than Spirit was when they struck. We are the kind of airline (small and unable to hurt the economy) that they will release to strike. Hawaiian on the other hand, is much more unlikely to be released.

I'm optimistic, yeah. But we've got some things working in our favor too
It'll take about FIVE years before the NMB does anything for you.

Please don't! Just by your questions tells me enough about you!

I have a question about the minimums. I have a friend at Frontier who has said generally good things and can give me a silver bullet.

The website says "preferred" minimums of 2500TT, 1500 multi, 500 turbine, 500 PIC. Basically, how soon can my friend give me his bullet? If I at least have the turbine and PIC? Do I really need all even though it says "preferred"?

At the moment I'm 3 month in at a highly stagnant and shrinking regional, and have been considering a lateral move to another regional with a bonus and faster upgrade, but was also thinking I could hang on until going to a LCC.

Thanks, but do you know how flexible Frontier may be on the above times, for a silver bullet holder?

They don't budge on the minimums.

Silver bullet doesn't change anything for minimums. I thought they had hard mins, so not sure what to think about "preferred".

I just went through the interview process, and was hired. They stated during the interview and log book checks that they don't budge on times and requirements.
