Feel free to not apply to Frontier. I'll just point out how quickly things can change. I promise the day we get a new contract, people will be dying to get out of their regional job for Frontier. You can think big picture, and think beyond today. You will make way more money at Frontier in the long run than at your regional. Choice is yours.

Hell, go to Allegiant and get a $7000 bonus instead of a two year contract.

Just got the call for an interview... applied once last year and once this year... job fair last year so I doubt that helped at all. I haven't even updated my app in awhile. They said anticipate a Dec 5th class if successful, if not then January if it fills up. 2 year upgrades also... wink wink.

I can think of at least a few FOs that will jump at this (and they never signed a training contract).

I was thinking the same thing. $7000 would help pay for a move into one of Allegiant's bases. Then there is good (and fair) pay, being home every night, and quick seniority with a growing company.

The bonus requires an Airbus type, and 500 hr within 3 years.

Whose leaving an Airbus gig for that?

A Frontier F/O, especially those already living in an Allegiant base.

Well I flew 500 plus hours my first year here.

I did the math.
Allegiant FO year one with bonus - $52k they provide hotel.

Frontier FO year one - $34k no hotel.

Right. That 7k will help offset the training contract.
