For those of you STILL looking at working for F9 - 10 out of the 20 pilots scheduled to begin training this morning decided not to show up for class.

Wow. You would think the low pay is deterrent enough for new hires-maybe this training contract is having some unintended effects

I was wrong. The class was full. We had a net loss of pilots last month though - due to pilots quitting.

The Nov seniority list shows no movement in two months. And today's class had a couple (which is normal) no shows.

That is good to hear. I did notice that the pairings do vary quite a bit. As far as pay days..I assume it's something like a base pay on the 15th of the month and the rest on the 30th or 31st? Also, is there a B find that the company contributes to?
