You do know Aero1900 is talking about LOA 67, right? And not the new contract? He was told, straight to his face, while they fed him pizza, by upper union leadership, exactly what he said; they expect to have a decision on LOA 67 by December or January.
I had some questions on LOA 67, so I asked a Pilot2pilot rep. He couldn't answer all my questions, so he sent an email to the hire-ups. They sent an email to me saying that the SBA was scheduled on 12/20. And, if that goes to binding arbitration, then that would most likely be scheduled for sometime in January. So not 100% false...
So, Motorboatin, while your advise may be sound, maybe you should heed it yourself. You know, before you jump down somebodies throat, not knowing what you're talking about and what not...
Dang bro... don't be such a moron. Maybe you should keep quiet.

There was no truth to that. There were others that didn't come to that particular class, but that was of their own accord. There was only one candidate that had a CJO redacted. I'm confident they know why (despite what may or may not have been posted in this forum).

His initial post mentioned resolution to the matter in Dec or January. That's not going to happen. System board was cancelled last week to proceed with the first negotiating session with the mediator, and the Co is balking on the reschedule date for that SB, so it'll likely now be in January. Arbitration date will be well after that. So there will be no decision by the end of January. Eating pizza at the office, people often hear what they want, not what is said. Catch my drift yo??

You're not alone. I haven't heard any of what motorboat is saying. I've read the emails, but I don't recall any of that info being spread.

Hi guys....hope everyone at F9's doing well. Just had a quick question on pay. How much could I expect per month after taxes at the second year. Just trying to plan for it financially with 2 kids & a wife. Thank you in advance guys.

Same family situation. I claimed 8 on my W4, and after Union dues, City, State, and Federal taxes (75 hours a month) I made just a stitch over 4K a month in my second year. Didn't get much of a tax refund at the end of the year, but that was my goal. This doesn't factor anything other than taxes. Insurance or 401K etc would impact it further obviously. Also you can certainly fly a lot more than 75 if you want, which would bring it up from there.
