The example I was given was hire 30 and plan to get 20 through, that means apx 10 go home with a failed 121 event on their record and likely no job to go back to since they resigned to go there. CAUTION if you go there.

First off, I don't see much evidence that we hire SkyWest pilots. We hire a particular attitude. Your experience is what lands you the interview and your personality is what wins you the job. It's that simple.

Show up prepared, well studied, well informed, be engaging with everyone, work the room, and never ever touch the cell phone. All of this is common sense for anyone who really understands the value of the First Impression.

You wont get asked about volunteer experience or any other BS that has absolutely nothing to do with anything. You will get asked "Why Frontier" and don't give a canned answer.

Best of luck to all.
I agree with most of that. For what it's worth, I did however get asked several questions about volunteer work at my F9 interview.

Your info is wrong. Frontier has a fantastic training department and want to see people succeed. And the Company is far too fiscally responsible to waste money in that manner.

One of the most PC ways of putting it that I can think of. Then again, you could simply say they're "cheap"!!

Of course they asked you about volunteer work. They want to make sure you will be OK with it at Frontier once they hire you!! Your whole first year is basically volunteer work!!

With that said, I still think Frontier is a great place to work. It will only get better as we realize LOA 67, a SnapBack, and a new contract. Our day is coming.

Speaking of LOA 67, any new rumors on the arbitration process?

I assumed that is what the $10 Dia food gift coupon was in place of?
It went straight into the trash

Ha, I haven't flown in a few weeks so I haven't checked my v file. Is that really what's in there for us?
