That's actually a good question. I would double check with ALPA just to be sure.

Of course you can! What you do on your time being on Reserve is your business and not companies. You will be in your uniform(most likely) when picketing, so bring your suitcase and IPad and leave it in the car or FALPA office.

No, they blamed not showing on the weather.

My point was they didn't give a **** from shine ola about their militant pilot group either. They still no showed.
Follow the process.

You know that we had a mediator before our contract was even amendable, right? You heard that we're doing 2 weeks of negotiations each month now, right? If those two things are par for the course, please let me know. As far as I recall from other airlines' negotiations, I think we're ahead of the game.

Looks like the FAs got an LOA on their concessionary equity plan. Cash payouts to those hired pre 2012.

This is interesting..Although I think they had a “gray area” type investment agreement in place anyway, it would be interesting to see what they gave up for that. Did they get anything in return for negotiating this LOA, or is it just a simple return of investment on the concessionary gives, with no additional return on investment??
The bigger question is; why did their FA union negotiate anything prior to reaching an agreement on an amendable contract. I believe they have been in negotiations longer then the pilot group.

The Flight Attendants must have given back their equity to Indigo, right? Does anyone recall what percentage they had? How did it compare to the percentage the pilots have?

Can a person picket while on duty? I don't know. Someone on reserve is on company duty. To me it's a grey area and it costs nothing to call ALPA just to make sure.

I can understand the concern if you're on Probation. If not, then walk the line!

I'm not sure on percentage, but they got 40 million cash in this buyout. At a 2 billion valuation, that is 2% equity. That would be my assumption.

I certainly see an IPO in our near future. This was indigo getting a cheap 2% bump at pre-IPO prices.
