FYI... I heard from a guy who knows a guy that Frontier is expecting about 70-75 new hires and about 25-30 upgrades in 2018.

That might not even cover attrition. It’s going to be an interesting year or two.

that's it?
roughly a class of 6 once a month?? i thought they were running classes of 20-25 or more, once or twice a month ?

Delayed aircraft deliveries have slowed hiring down. My guess is it will pick up second half of next year again.

There isn't much fleet growth in 2018 due to a large number of lease returns during 2018. 2019 will see significantly more growth. I suspect hiring will be pretty slow for a while.
