There are people who get hired who don’t meet the preferred Mins. I’ve heard of a few getting picked up around 2100-2300 TT.

I hope it's gone the way of PJ and the dodo bird! If not, our new CP has already gone down a notch in my book.

I doubt the CP has any say on this. I'm sure that decision comes from someone higher up. Don't put that on him.

Maybe so. But he had plenty of leeway on the enforcement side. Sorry, but firing a probationary pilot on the spot, for the heinous crime of submitting a two week notice, is wrong. Pilots had to buy tickets home from out stations because they were no longer in CASS. Good riddance to our former CP is my feeling. You just shouldn't treat fellow pilots that way. If you feel differently, then ok!

I totally agree with you. Our former CP was acting ridiculously. My point was not to blame the new CP for the actions of the last one. Give the new guy a fair chance and don't blame him for things that aren't under his control.

Absolutely. In every dealing I have had with our new CP he has been just awesome. He absolutely deserves a chance to make his mark. Hopefully he has the leeway to do that under the current management at F9; they will be the limiting factor for sure.

I agree. I like him, and hope he does the right thing when able.
