I think a lot of guys on the fence about leaving are waiting to see how the next month or two play out with the contract. There is a difference between having your apps out and actively attending job fairs to leave. I think most guys on the fence haven’t done much of the latter from whom I’ve talked to.

United has already "declared war" on Frontier. I would not be surprised if we have a large number of our newer pilots getting picked off by United. Frontier management better pull their heads from the sand quick, United will hire faster than we can train replacements. You can kiss goodbye any chance of us growing in 2018, even if they mysteriously pick up some unwanted Airbus deliveries, from Virgin or anywhere else.

Wait. I know, I know. We have about 1200 guys on property. They're buying Frontier and hiring all 1200 of us. That's why hiring essentially stopped this fall when they initially said they will hire like crazy. And also why SSS sold the sims to Airbus...cuz we don't need them anymore! And, and, why Indigo didn't IPO this spring after all the money and expenses filing an S-3. And, and, and why management strangely began to seriously negotiate a new contract...cuz they don't care anymore with the buyout coming!
