I've read more post over the years that are negative, pessimistic, and "sky is falling" than I can count.
BLUF; would those who are at Frontier now recommend going to a regional vs Frontier? Is it really that bad? It seems to me that with the eventuality that a contract WILL be reached, Frontier is a better place to be if given the opportunity. At the end of the day, there will be a new contract, you are flying better equipment, and pay/benefits/work rules will be competitive with other LCCs. Everyone is in negotiations now so positive changes will be coming.
Don't you truly think it's going to get better in the next 3-5 years?

Max days off lines
4 lines with -14 days off
9 lines with 13 days off
Rest of them 12 days off
There's a red eye from Vegas to Denver - leave @0130 land Denver at 0430 - 25 hour layover ...
Most lines are not commutable on one end. But you can always nap on one of the three metal chairs in the temporary crew room while you wait for your commuting flight the next morning ... it's about 120
Sq ft . And gets crowded with 6 people.

Yes they are in the process of the new crew room. But they knew about this base a long time ago - and it should have been up and running for the base opening. Frontier is a Major Airline. Can you imagine sitting "couch reserve" as an FA in the closet ?
