A class of 26 just finished ground school. Class of 6 just started, class of 6 for Nov and 10 for December.

NOV bid packets just came out. Second month in a row now that number of aircraft in service is not published. Anyone have any Intel as to why without the conspiracy theories?

Because they are not required to and couldn't care less about providing outlook to the pilot group. It is the most simple answer, therefore the most likely.

Wow, the Vegas lines next month are rough. I know it’s a new base and all but just shows how important min calendar day pay is for the next contract.

I've read more post over the years that are negative, pessimistic, and "sky is falling" than I can count.

BLUF; would those who are at Frontier now recommend going to a regional vs Frontier? Is it really that bad? It seems to me that with the eventuality that a contract WILL be reached, Frontier is a better place to be if given the opportunity. At the end of the day, there will be a new contract, you are flying better equipment, and pay/benefits/work rules will be competitive with other LCCs. Everyone is in negotiations now so positive changes will be coming.

Don't you truly think it's going to get better in the next 3-5 years?
