Any latest and greatest. Its time I start aggressively seeking employment elsewhere. I understand Frontier is not the greatest of all time, nor nowhere close to it, but being stuck at a regional with little hopes of upgrade coming anytime in the near future has begun to weigh on me heavily.

The company offering leaves makes sense, they are cheap and it saves them a few pennies. If I wanted the time off and didn't mind missing two pay checks, it would be really nice.

I wouldn't read to much into the colas. F9 has always offered them until the recent hiring boom. Doesn't matter the time of the year. There is no hidden agenda. It's something they have always done (12 years at least) to try and save $ when overstaffed for whatever reason. It's as simple as that.
