Hi recruiter. I am an 11,000 hour Gulfstream pilot based out of KSUS. Reaching the stage of my life where I need to stay or go. Referring to corporate or airline. I have decent quality of life, and make well into 6 figures. I have a huge amount of 91 experience and roughly 6 years of 135 experience. Would I qualify for direct entry captain? Could I be assured of staying STL based?

We will have to look into specifics of your experience. Part 121.436 is king. I will certainly take the time to help you figure it all out.

Unfortunately the last two monthly drops have not had any FO to RDU positions. Something is going on in RDU where their not backfilling losses. Don’t plan on getting RDU anytime soon... ugggg

Isn't GJ going down to 25 planes soon? Aren't all the Delta planes leaving?

No... but even if they did leave I don’t think it would happen anytime soon . Also, we own the 8 or 9 900s that we fly for delta.

How do you feel that your airline was founded by horrible pilots that undercut another group? It was so bad that your group was banned from other carriers Jumpseats. This will never be forgotten, how do you feel about that? Mmmmkay

I thought TSH only owned 7-900’s? Seems to me it would be more harmful if all the Delta 700’s left and Delta didn’t renew the CPA for the 900’s? TSA would be left scrambling for a new home for those

Well obviously it would be harmful to any company to lose flying or get dropped from a carrier altogether... I’m sure we’d pick up flying from somebody else. I think Delta will drop G7 at some point as I’m try’s to streamline its ops. When I don’t see happening for a long while.

From the looks of it you’re over at SWA.. are you upset that you basically will do nothing but regional type flying in a 73 for the rest of your life? Nobody gives what happened in the that long ago..... I mean I was still in middle school for gods sake lol

You can’t forget these things. People have to educate themselves on history of things like this. Then maybe it won’t happen again.
