Why does GoJet have the nicknames: BlowJet or GoJunk?
A ramper used the name GoJunk. He said the planes are always broken and never go out on time; he never looked forward to working their flights.
Also would you care to explain how pilots who have given a proper 2 weeks notice have been fired?
Could you also explain the back story of how GoJet was formed?

Out of the comments defending GoJet, nobody has disputed that they've fired pilots who put in a full two week notice.
As for who has better MX, actually there are metrics, just like D0 and A14. Plus I'm sure that whoever is inputting delay codes fudges the numbers in favor of their regional of choice. So yes there is quantitative evidence that GoJet MX is worse than other regionals.
As for the history, you're correct that a vast majority now are not associated with how the airline was started, but GoJet and TSH management have a pattern poor choices.
Refresh my memory as to how the launch of IOCC went and how happy Delta was?

They’ve gotten a lot better since their presence in New York was drastically reduced. Although, the markets they predominantly operate in now are some of the easiest in the system.

Okay show me where I can find these numbers?
Also, don’t you work at compass? If I were you I’d just focus on trying not to lose anymore aircraft to other regionals instead of bashing another airline in a recruitment thread.

We used to get it pushed to our iPad, but once it was brought to the pilot group's attention that our performance was lackluster they stopped. It showed D0, A14 and maintenance. Compass actually had more MX than GoJet, but GoJet was about double Endeavor and SkyWest. The ASA side of the XJT operation was also listed.
I'll see if I can't find the current data but I can definitely find you the numbers that mysteriously coincided with the timeframe of losing those planes.
So you do bring up an excellent point, both Compass and GoJet do have to worry about losing jets.

November 1, 2016 performance numbers for maintenance DC average 6.9%
Endeavor at 4.3%
SkyWest at 4.8%
GoJet at 6.8%
XJT at 11.7%
Compass 12.2%
There you go. Quantified. Compass had nearly double the percentage GoJet did. GoJet was nearly double Endeavor.
