For the new hires who got sent the SOP limitations/memory items packet before class, does the training department expect us to have it all memorized before we start?
I’m prepared to do so, just want to make sure I don’t study it all and then it ends up being unnecessary or the wrong info or something...

$34,200 using min guarantee. $38K using the industry standard of 1,000 hours X min guarantee. I prefer to low-ball the estimates and be pleasantly surprised IF I make more.

It’s 2 weeks Indoc then 3 weeks systems in phx before going into gfs and sims. There is no break between Indoc and systems. Currently they are using 2 sims in STL and 1 in phx. As far as the SOP limitations get familiar with them but there isn’t gonna be a memory test while in Indoc that’s for sure. Week in of training right now feel free to PM me any other questions or ask here too. They will deadhead you from STL to PHX and back if you want other wise you can jump seat.
