If you have to ask then you might not be qualified. I would guess 3 letters of recommendation from HAL pilots and at least 500 hours as an RJ captain. Different hiring times though, and limited numbers of slots so hard to gauge for sure.

Hey folks new to the forum been following it a lot more now since the applications came back online. Few questions for the pros out there. I live in the east coast not sure what this Hawaiian gig would look and feel like commuting east/west what’s the schedule typically like? And what fleet is usually assigned to newbies? Any info helps ! Thanks.
